Boxing is an anerobic sport that uses a combination of Plyometrics, Strength Training, Aerobic Conditioning & Self Defense.  When boxing, you not only burn fat; but you will gain muscle and increase your metabolic rate.  


Whether you are an athlete looking to cross train or a newcomer looking to get in shape, we feel it is important to have a plan that you can stick with long-term in order to achieve your fitness goals.  Boxing in an extremely vigorous workout however; the intensity is adjusted to suit the client's fitness level.
